Tom Kaulitz Hits a FAN!!?!! & he mayy be arrested :S

Heey all^^

The night of April 15, 2009, a female fan and her four friends claim they recognized Tom Kaulitz at theTankstelle Stresemannstrass gas station in Hamburg. They knocked on his car window and asked for a picture and for him to autograph a CD. His answer was to grind his cigarette on the CD. They got mad and hit his car. Then Tom allegedly came flying out of his car and slapped the girl. The girl received a black eye, and partial deafness in one ear. She is pressing charges.

The police supposedly has the gas station surveillance video of the incident. The RTL reporter supposedly saw it before the police took it away. Tom left in his car before the police arrived. Tokio Hotel Management is suppose to issue a statement later today.

its not sure if it was tom or another person the girl shes 21 and french btw, told the police it was definitly tom who hits her but it also just can be an rumor.but even her friends told the police that.and there was a supervisory cam for the filling station and that recorded everything so today tom is at the police office and is gonna to say the truth. now everayone hopes he didnt.the girl made a pic from his car that was the reason.

MY OPINION:
I AM IN TOM"S SIDE!! I mean it's ok to love the guys but they need privecy!! I HATE THE STUPID STALKERSS WHO JUST WANNA HAVE ATTENTION !! GRRR!
