Why does Bill wear make-up???

people tell me i'm pretty without make-up, but i don't think the same about me

I think it's his style we're all know him with make-up , and if he dont wear make-up he'll like other singers , I know so many singer with make-up but their make up dfrnt to bill's , This style just for Bill , Because he create This make-up hisself (:

umm...Cuz he likes to be different...He want's his own style...
And I think that's totally normal....
