*She's my guardian angel [BillK.OneShot]

It was the 31st of October, the Halloween.
I was on the party with Tom, Gustav & Georg. It was in one huge castle on the top of the hill outside the town. They went dancing, but i was sitting and looking at people having fun.
I guess my big black wings, all black costume and black make-up scared people so nobody talked to me. But it was helloween anyway.
The music was loud. The band started playing some love song.
Nothing special was happening. Nobody who could attract my attention.

But then i saw her, spot her in the crowd.
She was all in white. White wings. White mask on the face. White dress.
She was standing in the middle while everybody else dancing. She was shining right through everyone and her light reached me.
I stood up. She started walking to me. I was barely breathing.

'Hi' - she said nicely as she walked to me.
I was looking into her blue eyes. They seemed so innocent. But i forgot to talk. I couldn't say my name, words were stuck in me.
'Are you ok?' – she asked while still smiling.
-W-ell… emm… i… yo-u… Me… my n-ame is… umm… i…
'Hehehe you seem nervous.'
-I… am.
'Do you wanna dance?'

Again nothing. I couldn't breathe or talk. She's like poison. Running through my veins. And her smile made me breathless. Her look made me immortal. I wanted to touch her, make myself believe that she's real, that i'm not dreaming.

She took my hand and took me to the dancefloor. Her hands were round my neck, and i put mine round her waist.
We danced slowly while the singer was singing the lyrics 'And if you cry i'll hold your head up high, i'll be there by your side, i will be your…'
'Guardian angel.'
-What?
'The song' – she smiled.
-Ow…

-BILL! – i suddenly yelled and scared her. She looked at me strange.
'Hehe, Bill?' – we continued dancing.
-Bill! My name's Bill – i repeated, happy that i finally remembered my name.
'Nice.'
-You? I mean, your name?
'I already told you.'
-A?
'I'm your Guardian Angel' – she smiled the sweetest smile i've ever seen and put her head on my chest.

I thought she was joking. And even if she was my guardian angel, why would she come down to earth, just for me? i'm not worth it.

'Do you believe in love at first look?' – she asked and looked at me.
-Well, yes – i replied. Glad that somebody understands me.
'I don't' – she fastly said, kinda sad.
-Ow – now i was disappointed to hear that. I thought she feels me.
'Well, at least i didn't. But i do now' – she leaded her head on my chest again. Smiled and closed her eyes.

Now my heart started beating fastly again.
She hugged me tight. I felt so safe in her arms. Nothing could have broken me.
The song ended and everybody started claping. But she didn't let go. She was still around me.
-Umm, is everything okay? – i asked worriedly.
She let go and looked at me – 'I'm sorry.'
Her eyes were filled with tears. But she was still smiling.
-It's ok, t's ok – i pet her face. I didn't know what was wrong, but i didn't want her to cry. Not now. Not for me.

I took her hand and we went on the balcony. It was beautiful. Shiny stars in the sky, smell of flowers and she. The most wonderful girl in the whole castle is with me.
We looked like 2 angels – she, as an angel of love, beauty, as a real guardian angel. And there was me, all in black. Like an angel of death. And it scared me. Because she deserved somebody better. But i didn't want to let her leave.
Her eyes, her body, her arms around me.

'This is beautiful.'
-Yeah, isn't it? So, how's that you came here?
'This is a party, right?' – she smiled and crossed her arms.
I took of my black jacket and put it on her.
-I don't want you to get cold.
'Thank you' – she said politely as the wind was blowing through her hair – 'Well, i'm an angel. Your angel. I'm everywhere you are.'
-What are you trying to say? You're not like a real angel – i started laughing. She just smiled and turned.
She started walking and i followed her.
-No, black definitely isn't her color. It's white, the color of warmth, just like she is – i was thinking while walking behind her and watching her wearing my black jacket.

We were in the garden now. She stopped under one big tree and turned to me.
'I am sorry' – she said again.
-Why are you sorry? You didn't do anything to me – i tried to make her feel better with my smile.
I removed hair from her face. Her eyes changed color. They weren't blue anymore. They were more gray. Kinda black.

'Can you see it now?'
I acted like i didn't notice – I… don't know what you're talking about – and looked away.
She came closer and whispered in my ear – 'I am sorry. But remember, i'm always with you. All you gotta do is say a word, and i'll be right next to you.'
-Are you leaving? – i asked in shock.
She kissed my forehead. Her lips were soft and cold. I shiwered.
Then she closed my eyes and once again whispered in my ear – 'Just say a word…'

After a few seconds i opened my eyes. She wasn't there anymore. I looked around the tree, called her name, asked everybody in the castle if they have seen her. But nobody didn't know anything about her. Like i was the only one who saw her.
My whole life turned upside-down.
I've seen love and care in her eyes, but where is she now?
She said she's my Guardian Angle, but she's not here.
All that will ever remind me of her will be my jacket that she wore and the white mask from her face that were lying on the ground when i opened my eyes.
And weeks later, i still could have felt her presence.
I would just occasionaly repeat her name again, Guardian Angel. And every time, the wind would bring her scent.

I like the way how you signified the color black and white.
It has a more psychological meaning and effect in it, as I would say.
