Abbott Brown, a successful businessman was sitting home alone in his mansion, with a glass of wine in one hand and a cigar in the other. The rain was pouring down heavily with thunder rambling and the lightening blinding. The room was dark except for the soft hue of the fire lit in the fire place; he could see the rain crashing down on the bare glass window. The cold was hitting Abbotts face like a knife but he didn’t care. He heard the door creak open, but he thought it might just be the wind. As he heard a shot of a gun, his heart hurt badly. Abbott looked up and saw someone hovering over him, but it was too dark to see. His vision was blurry and when the lightning struck he only saw he outlines of a suit.

The Smith sisters were never much liked in school, they wanted to be popular by acting and directing plays but couldn't be. And this time they wanted to act in hamlet but the school rejected them hopelessly. Karen Smith 17 years old was very agile, really quick to catch up on things and loved to solve mysteries, but nothing unusual happened in California. Jazmyn Smith a more ambitious person, who always looked over the little details in life, was fiercely competitive with her sister and was really sensitive. Both of them even though they sometimes hated each other were very close. They were walking home together with their best friend Bill Kaulitz; he was only one year elder to Karen.

‘Hey you guys shouldn’t be too sad about this,’ Bill tried to cheer them up, but it turned out to be hopeless.

‘Look Bill, this was our only chance to prove how good we are and in something,’ Karen replied, still not convinced.

‘But both of you have so many times. Well, how about a mystery? Will you be able to solve one?’ Bill asked and he suddenly saw the sparks in their eyes. Jazmyn jumped with joy and Karen just said:

‘If I don’t solve this mystery than my name isn’t Sherlock Holmes!’

‘You’re name isn’t Sherlock Holmes you idiot! And I will solve this before you do!’ Jazmyn exclaimed even though still jumping with joy, and she hit Karen head.

‘Hey, what did you do for?’

‘Both of you shut up! And work on his together okay?’ Bill asked smiling for the first time this day.

Bill lead them to the mansion, and both of them couldn’t wait to solve their first case XD

Lol, I took some time to post this I think o_O XD Well here is the next part:

Part 2

When they reached the mansion they saw two huge gargoyle statues on each side of the electric gate. The mansion was gothic, and looked as though it was built in the 19th century and had been passed down to the generations. Karen wasn’t impressed with the gothic aura the mansion was giving; she was somewhat disgusted with it. Jazmyn didn’t want to go in as she was scared of huge and gothic mansions.

‘So, aren’t you going to go in?’ Bill asked with a skeptical expression on his face.

‘Well, if you are going to send us there how do we know that it isn’t a joke you are playing on us?’ Karen asked and crossed her arms.

‘As you can see the door is going to open and the police are going to come out,’ Bill replied with a smug look.

‘How do you know?’ Jazmyn asked but at that time the gates opened and the police stepped out. Both of them froze and ran inside as if they committed a crime and were afraid of getting justice.

‘Hehe, you both are scardy cats you know!’ Bill started to laugh, but as Karen had a quick temper she stepped hard on Bill foot and yelled ‘You inconsiderate jerk!’

‘Bill sometimes I really want do hit you just like Karen did,’ Jazmyn said to herself mostly and afraid of speaking out loud.

The mansion was mammoth like and was spread out in all directions like a massive rock. ‘So this is the famous Browns mansion? And who died?’ Karen asked doubtfully.

‘Yes, how did you know that this was the Browns mansion?’ Bill asked as he turned around and started to walk around and admire the mansion.

‘I know about things unlike Jazz here who never admires things outside of the television,’ Karen remarked, and Jazz was too much engrossed in the scenery that she didn’t care what her sister said to her.

‘So, who died?’ Karen asked.

‘Who died? How do you know who died?’ Bill asked to her question.

‘Ugh! Someone must’ve died, everything is silent and still,’ Karen replied.

They went inside, a typical murder had happened as Karen had suddenly found out that a gun was used.

‘Hmmmm, a gun was used as the murder weapon,’ Karen bent down and looked at a medieval styled chair. ‘And the victim was seated here during the murder …….’

‘Hey! How do you know this stuff?’ Bill asked in astonishment.

‘Why don’t you leave this is our department if you don’t mind ’ Karen said but with her full consideration at the chair.

‘Oh, okay. If you don’t want me here,’ Bill said waiting for an answer.

‘Yes, you can leave,’ Karen replied as she got up. Bill left and as the door shut the lights went out. Jazmyn screamed but as usual Karen didn’t care much.

The door opened and someone came in. ‘Oh you must be the police to solve the case. I’m the Gardner Abubua Gray. Nice to meet you,’ he said and stuck out a hand for Karen to shake.

‘Uh, we are not the police if you want to know. I’m Karen Smith and this is my little sister Jazmyn Smith, we are here to solve this case without any help,’ Karen replied as she turned around ignoring the hand which was awaiting its shake.

‘Okay, then you would like to meet the other staff then right?’ Abubua asked while looking at Jazmyn.

‘Yes, we would like to meet the staff,’ Jazmyn replied before Karen could think of an answer.

‘Right this way, all of the staff is there is Miss Brown is also there,’ Abubua opened the door and led them both in.

oh cool!!!! i can solve mysteries!!!!
but poor Bill!!! i stepped on his foot!!!! lol xD <3

The next day ………

It was morning and everything was clear, the sun was shining brightly and you could describe everything as perfect. But not for Karen, she was waist deep in thought of the mystery and Bill was trying to get her out of it by taking her shopping.

As they went in, Karen was getting lost in the crowd as she wasn’t paying any attention to reality. She was playing an imaginary murder scene in her head, sometimes the evidence just wasn’t enough and sometimes it was all what she needed.

‘Hey Karen?’ Bill asked fearfully.

‘Yes!’ Karen spoke up.

‘Would you like to watch a movie?’

‘Which one?’

‘Kate and Leopold, please? You look too stressed out, you need to watch a movie,’ Bill suggested.

‘Look, I don’t need anything. Only just a quiet place,’ but he didn’t listen to her. Bill grabbed her arm and led her to the mall’s cinema. As they came to the ticket place (), Bill’s eyes just lit up; he saw a breathtaking girl which he thought she was perfect for him. He couldn’t take his eyes off her and fortunately she was going to watch the same movie as theirs.

Bill hoped with all his heart that when they go in, that girl should sit with him or even near his seat. As they sat down, that girl fortunately took the seat beside Bill’s. And Karen who wasn’t noticing anything took another seat at the far back. And Bill was far too involved in watching that girl and wishing for an opening to talk to her, didn’t notice anything.

As the movie started with its opening scene in the medieval time with the opening of the Brooklyn Bridge, and the handsome Hugh Jackson sketching a scene of the Bridge. Bill still didn’t pay much attention to the movie he was waiting for a chance to talk to the girl.

And the chance finally came; the typical movie scene in which the girl drops a bag, the boy wants to pick it up, but they both reach down to pick it up and they hit their heads. Their eyes met and Bill found out that she is the one.

‘Oh, I’m sorry,’ she had an exotic accent which made a shiver run down Bill’s spine.

‘No problem, may I ask what your name is?’

‘Amélie Moreau, and yours?’ Amélie asked as though she knew his name.

‘Uh …..it …..Bil ….Bill Kaulitz! I guess …….’ Bill stuttered.

aghh!!! why did you make him fall in love with someone else!!!!?????? hehehe

When the movie ended Karen was still thinking about the mystery, but then when everyone got up someone stepped on Karen’s foot.

‘HEY! What the hell!’ Karen shouted.

‘Sorry,’ a man spoke up in a cockney accent.

‘Yeah, you better be!’

‘Hey, what happened?’ Bill came up and asked with that girl standing beside him.

‘Ugh! Someone stepped on my foot ……whose that girl?’ Karen asked.

‘She’s a girl I met,’ Bill took Karen to the other side ‘I really like her.’

‘HUH? How can you like her?’ she looked at the girl ‘She’s weird!’

‘But I like her, okay? Deal with it,’ Bill said.

‘I don’t know :/’ Karen said to herself.

Amélie came to Bill and took his arm. ‘Uh, I need to talk to Karen privately okay?’ She nodded and went away.

‘What? She doesn’t speak English?’

‘Only a little, she’s French. And I’m German ’

‘Wow, a perfect match!’ Karen replied sarcastically.

‘And you know she’s on the same case you were on!’

‘No way! But I thought it was our case, I mean mine, Jazz’s and yours too.’

‘But …..I already told her that I’ll help her :/’

‘Okay! Who cares? You don’t know how to solve mysteries ……You just want to be with that girl right?’

‘Uh …yeah.’

‘Okay! The go with THAT girl, and don’t be my friend! Okay?!’

‘Okay, fine!’ Bill turned and went to the other girl.

‘Yeah! Don’t you come crawling back to me when she dumps you!’

‘I won’t!’ Bill yelled back.

Karen went straight home, angry and dejected by her one and only best friend. When she reached home she marched to her bedroom. And she slammed the door shut; she found out that Jazmyn was reading her diary.

‘Hehe, I didn’t know half of the stuff you wrote here,’ Jazmyn started to laugh, practically rolling on the bed and then fell down ‘Ouch!’

‘That’s what you get for reading my diary!’ Karen yelled and snatched the diary from Jazmyn.

‘HAHAHAHA! Wow, you are so stupid! I don’t write THIS stuff in my diary because I am not that crazy xD’

‘Yeah, you write stories, poems and how you can beat me in something!’

‘How did you know?’

‘I read you diary a long time ago!!!’

‘NO WAY!’

‘Haha, yeah I did! So what are you going to do? You can’t because I’m going to tell everything you wrote in there to mum!’

‘And I am going to do the same thing!’ Jazmyn said and got up from the floor.

‘Why are you in such a bad mood?’

‘You don’t want to know,’ Karen said and opened her diary.

‘If you’re going to write it in your diary I’ll read it!’

‘Okay, Bill is not my friend anymore :/’

‘Why how did that happen?’

‘He wants to help another girl who is also on that mystery,’ Karen said as she started to look for a pen.

‘Oh, so? Who cares?’

‘I care! He was our best friend!’

‘So?’

‘So? Why are you asking me this? He was your best friend too!!’

‘But you were more close to him, like he’s only one year elder to YOU!’

‘Okay! Just shut up, and why did you read my diary?’

‘I thought we were over that. Okay then, you had so many things in there I HAD to read it ’

‘If I ever catch you reading my diary, I will seriously kill you!!’

‘Okay dude! Peace out,’ Jazmyn said and went out.

Next day………..

Bill and Amélie were in a mall shopping, Bill was nervous and didn’t know that if she liked him back.

‘Ummm, Bill I need to tell you something. But don’t tell this to anyone like when you’re introducing me don’t tell this to ANYONE!’ she said very clearly.

‘What?’ Bill got some idea that she might be gay or something.

‘I’m actually,’ Bill prepared for the worst ‘a Canadian, not French. And my name is Jenifer Mommsen, I didn’t tell you this before because I am an undercover agent for this case,’ Jenifer told Bill and he stood in shock.

‘Bill?’

‘Oh, yeah. Okay …..that was weird,’ Bill finally spoke up.

‘I got to ask you, was that girl you fought with yesterday your friend or girl friend?’

‘She was a …..friend.’

‘I thought she was your gf,’ Jenifer said skeptically.

‘No, she was a really great friend.’

‘Was? You mean you both aren’t friends anymore?’

‘Yeah, she’s not that great as I had imagined …….’

‘Okay, this subject isn’t good for you so I should skip this one XP’

In school ……..

Bill had ditched school to go out with Jenifer and Karen was getting especially angry at lunch time, because he had to help her with some science project. But as he didn’t show up, she got paired up with the jerk from class, he taunted her and correcting her all the time.

‘What the hell is wrong with you anyways Akko?’ Karen couldn’t stand a word from this guy anymore.

‘I am correcting you …..’

‘No you are not! You’re just an idiot and can you please stay away from me?’

‘Okay snob!’

Later that day ……

It was really stormy at night and Karen was out getting some Pepsi, and she got stuck in the shop alone because of some stupid tree falling down and ruining the road.

‘What am I to do now? I can’t stay here all night …….’ Karen thought to herself.

‘Madam you have to leave, the shop is going to close,’ the clerk said.

‘Oh all right! Keep your pants on! I am leaving!’ she said and went out.

Only a second had passed by and she got wet from all the rain.

Some guy came from a shop and asked her ‘Is it raining?’

‘No! The clouds are crying!’ she replied irritably and started to walk, but she suddenly fell down as she collided with someone.

‘Hey! Watch where your …..’ but she stopped mid sentence.

When she looked up she saw the love of her life, Richard Gere! ‘I am really sorry miss, it’s raining heavily and my glasses get clouded,’ he explained.

‘Ah …..you …..you’re …..Richard Gere!’ Karen stuttered.

‘That’s what they call me ’ he smiled and Karen felt like she was about to faint.

‘What’s your name if you don’t mind telling me?’ he smiled again and she melted.

‘It’s Karen Smith, really nice to meet you. I am a HUGE fan of yours <3’

‘Oh I didn’t know that young people also like my movies.’

‘I LOVE them! And you are my most favorite actor.’

‘Thanks, but may I ask what are you doing here in the storm, all alone?’

‘I just came out to get something, some stupid tree fell down in the road and the other way is way far from home.’

‘Well, where is your house? I have my car parked on the other side; I won’t mind dropping you at your house.’

‘Really? You really mean it?’ Karen asked dumbstruck.

‘Yes I won’t mind.’

After trip in Gere’s car………..

When Karen reached home, she was full to the brim with happiness, she even forgot about Bill. Jazmyn opened the door and said ‘You are not allowed this late, I will not open the door for you so you can’t come in……’ but when she saw Gere, Jazmyn opened the door wide for even an elephant to come in.

‘Oh, I have to go now. See you again sometime Karen!’ Richard said as he was going to sit in his car.

‘Wait a minute! I’ll be right back!’ she ran to her room, found an old poster of Richard Gere and ran back to the ground.

‘Here, this is a poster which I kept so that you can sign it for me.’

Richard signed it by writing:
“My most favorite young fan!
Love Richard Gere <3” And along with his signature.

It was the best twenty minutes of her life; she finally met Richard Gere, THE Richard Gere! And she couldn’t wait to go to school tomorrow to brag about how she met Richard Gere.

At night…………

Karen couldn’t’ sleep because of the constant rain falling down on her window and the thunder. But as she was going to sleep someone just texted her. She opened he message and it read:

“Hey Karen! I know I was kind of rude or even obnoxious, but please forgive me. Can we meet tomorrow in school behind the Horse stable?” This left her curious and she knew that he would never text her after this but why now? She had a strange suspicion that it must be something in involving Amélie………..
