Bill : You are... here... – he finally spoke out.
Dr. Calrkson : Hello, i'm dr. Clarkson. You are?
Bill : I... i'm Bill Kaulitz. This is my brother – he finally took his look off of me and shoke hands with doctors.
I looked down. My heart was breaking apart. But i wanted to smile in the same time. Bill was here, finally here. His eyes, his voice, he...
But i still couldn't forget the pain inside of me. All this time i've been waiting for him. Even though i knew it would tear me apart, how much i wanted to hate him.
But he was that type of person – the one who gets under your skin and makes you feel special. That's why i missed him. That's why i still loved him.

Bill : How is Tom?
Dr. C. : Well, he's good for now. We believe he's going to be just fine.
Bill : What happened?
Dr. C. : A car hit him and he bumped into the highway fence. He almost fell in a chesm.
Bill : Oh.. Tom – he got closer to his brother and took his hand.
I slowly stepped away from the bed and left the room.
Bill : One second – i heard Bill saying to the doctors before he ran to me.

Bill : Lely – he stood in front of me.
-Tom is going to be okay – i tried to smile .
I couldn't look at him, i could't watch his beautiful face, i didn't want to fall back to him.
Bill : Yes, thank God. I was so worried.
-Well, tell him 'hi' in my name – i tried to pass next to him, but he took my hand and stopped me.
Bill : Why didn't you answer my calls?
-I was too busy – i was still looking at the floor.
Bill : Busy with what?
-It's none of your business.
Bill : I wanna talk to you.
-Maybe some other time. In a few years for an example – i wrench my hand out of his.
Bill : I miss you! – he yelled behind me while i was walking away.
I stopped.
Bill : I still think about you. The whole time. I know what you saw. But it wasn't like that. I never cheated on you.
-That's not what i saw – i looked back over my shoulder.
Bill : I know, she was.. wearing my shirt and i was...
-It's not important anymore.
Bill : It is. Because i want you back.

Bill : Look, i got drunk, she followed me to my apartmant. I went to take a shower. When i went back to the bedroom i saw her like that and then threw a shirt on her, to put on some clothes. Lely, i would never ever cheat on you. You are my world.
He started walking closer to me. He put his hands on my shoulders and turned me to him, to look at him.
Bill : This were the worst 2 months of my life.
He put his hand on my chin, making me look into his eyes.
Bill : I love you – he smiled.

-Bill... i... i gotta go – i ran away with the tears in my eyes.

-Come on, Jelena, pick up the phone!
Jelena : Hello? – she finally answered.
-Jelena!
Jelena : Lely? Is that you?
-I'm so stupid. Jelena, i think i'm dying.
Jelena : What? Lely? What's wrong? Where are you? Are you crying?
-I'm at home. It's just my heart is dying. I can't breath.
Jelena : Lely, calm down. Take a deep breath. Deep breath, okay? Shh. Calm down.
-Uh – i was taking those deep breaths she told me.

Jelena : So, now, are you better?
-Yes...
Jelena : Tell me what's wrong.
-I saw Bill today.
Jelena : Ow. Where?
-Tom is in the hospital.
Jelena : What? Is he okay? Karla didn't say anything.
-Maybe she doesn't know yet. He's here in Berlin. Some car hit his and he bumped into the highway fence. But he's going to be fine. But then Bill came and i saw him. He saw me. Jelena, he told me he loves me!
Jelena : Shh, shhh, don't cry sweety. What did you tell him?
-I just ran away. I couldn't... i couldn't talk to him – i was wiping away my tears - he said he didn't cheat on my.
Jelena : You believe him?
-I don't know. I just wanna die, Jelena. It's tearing me apart. I love him.
Jelena : Yea...

-Please, say something. I can't stand the silence.
Jelena : Would you... would you like to move to Italy? To Lucas and me?
-W-what?
Jelena : Yeah. You can live with us. Until you find your own apartmant. We miss you. It would be cool. And you'd always have company.
-Jelena, are you sure?
Jelena : Yep. How about... in January?
-For real?
Jelena : Aha.
-Aaaa! I'm going to Italy!

It's like in this story you're in the third stage of denial: depression :/
And when you are in that stage psychiatrists tell you to cry as much as you can and move on to acceptance.......

Jelena : A! Yay!
-Haha – i wiped away my last tears.
Jelena : I'm so happy. Okay, i gotta tell that to Lucas. Immediately!
-Wa-
Jelena : Byeee! – she hung up even before i ended my sentence.

I didn't want to be alone again. Silence was killing me. I wanted to have somebody by my side.
Then somebody knocked on my door.
I got together – One moment – i yelled.

-Yes? – i opened the door, expecting some of my neighbours.
Bill : Hi – his voice was so sweet, like he was begging to come in.
I didn't say a word. He surprised me. i didn't expect him.
Bill : May i come in?
Nothing, still nothing. I was speechless. I just opened the door more and showed him to come in with my hand.

Bill : I know you're wodering why am i here – he finally said after the seconds of silence.
Bill : Are you fine? – he asked after i didn't say anything – you need water or something? – i was just starring at him.
I closed my eyes, trying not to look at his perfect face and gorgeous eyes he won me with the first time we met.
-I'm just surprised.
Bill : I just didn't want to leave without a goodbye.
-Goodbye? – i opened my eyes in shock.
Bill : Yeah. I'm leaving tomorrow morning.
-Why?
Bill : I need a new begging. My heart gotta... heal. And it's imposibble like this, everything reminds me of you – he looked away.
-But Tom's in the hospital!
Bill : They'll move him to the place we're going to.
-Can i ask where are you moving to?
Bill : To I-
Knocking at the door stopped him.
-Wait.
I went to open the door. Karla fell on me.
-Karla!
She was crying.
-Karla! Are you okay?
She was barely walking. I had never seen her like this. She was always happy. But why was she crying now?
I didn't ask her why is she here now. She must have had a good reason for being in Germany and not in Turkey. I didn't want to bug her at the moment.
-Calm down – i put her to sit on the sofa.
She leaned her head on my shoulder. I put my hands around her.
-It's okay, shh.
Bill : What's wrong Karla? – he came to us after he helped me carrying her.
Karla : Lely – her eyes were all red from crying, and voice exhausted – he's... dead.
-What? Karlii, who's dead?
Karla : He... Tom... he's dead.
Bill : Tom is dead? – he stood up and screamed.
Karla : I heard it on the news. I came to Berlin soon as i could. But i wasn't able to go to the hospital by myself. Lely... we gotta do something.
Bill : Tom's dead – he was repeating while walking around nervously.
-Bill...
Bill : Tom's dead. My twin brother is dead. That can't be possible.
-Bill, calm down. Karla, you too. Shh.
Bill : Tom is dead...
-Bill!
Bill : What? How can i calm down? – he hit the table with his hand.
-We can go to the hospital.
Bill : I can't go back there. I knew i shouldn't have left him – his tears finally started falling down – i knew i should have stayed with him. Gosh! – he hit the table one more time.
Karla : Stop it Bill! You won't help by hitting the table!
-So just calm down. I'll take us to the hospital.
(...)
-Dr. Clarkson! – i yelled when i saw him standing in front of Tom's room.
We were all running through the halls, dead worried.
Dr. C. : Hey, kids, stop! You can't run in the hospital.
Bill : Where's Tom?
Karla : I wanna see him – she was still crying.

Bill : Ah, no, i can't do this – he turned and put his hand on his mouth.
I put my hand on his shoulder – What's wrong?
Bill : Lely... my brother is dead.
I wiped away his tears and kissed his cheek – But i'm still here.
He looked at me confused : Bill : W-what?

-I said that i'll help you if you'll need anything – my hand was still on his shoulder.
Bill : Didn't you say that...
-What? – i looked at him confused.
Bill : N-nothing. Sorry – he was still looking at me those sweet apologizing eyes.
-It's ok. Come on, the doctor wants to talk to you.
Bill : Yeah, sure... – we turned and went back to the doctor.

I was pretty sure she said 'I'm still here.' I wanted her to say that. There was no words to describe how much i missed her, how sorry i was or... how much i loved her.
But she... hugged me. There was no doubt i imagined that. It just felt so real.

Dr. C. : ...So, no! Tom is not dead.
Karla : Oh my God! – she started crying so hard that she almost fell. But Lely held her.
Lely : He.. is alive? – she asked in shock.
Dr. C. : Yes. He's great, actually. Where did you get the idea that he's dead?
Lely : Karla said he's dead. That she read in the news and... – she didn't continue, just hugged Karla.

Lely : Bill? – she looked at me while going through Karla's hiar with her fingers.
-Yes?
Lely : Are you okay?
-I'm fine... – i looked away.
Lely : You can visit your brother now – she said nicely.
-Nah, i think i'll go... outside for a while.
Lely : What? Are you sure? Don't you wanna see him? A moment ago we thought... – she didn't finish her sentence, she just looked away and continued calming Karla down.
Bill : I'll go out on the fresh air.

Lely : Sure – i heard her talking to Karla behind – do you wanna visit Tom?
Karla probably nodded yes 'cause Lely replied – Come.

I went in front of the hospital, sat on a bench and put my head in the hands.
God, i though my brother died. My hands were shaking and my head was about to explode, just a minute ago. While i was thinking... eh.

'Can i join? ' – i heard Lely's voice behind me.
I turned – Bill : Ow. Hey. Sure.
Lely : I brang coffee. Hehehe.
-Hehe thanks – she gave me the paper cup of coffee and sat next to me.

-You ain't gonna ask why didn't i visit Tom? – i looked at her.
She was looking like she didn't actually care about that.
Lely : No, not really.
- Ow..
Lely : Because i already know.
-Really?
Lely : Yah... you thought Tom died, that you're alone now. Your whole world crashed at the moment. Everything you had known and wanted didn't matter then.
-Well... yes – i looked at her.
But she was looking in the ground.
-How do you know that?
Lely : I know how much it hurts when you lose someone you love.
-You never told me you lost somebody you loved.
Lely : Well people die, you know that.
-Are you okay?
Lely : Yes. I'm ok, don't worry – she looked at me and smiled.
-You have a pretty smile – i touched her lips with my thumb's fingertip.
Lely : Bill... – she looked down again – please... i don't even know why...
-Lely, i told ya, i would never hurt you. I'm so sorry you think i did.
Lely : I't not about that. I just think i'm not for the relationships. Like...
-I get it.
Lely : I just don't wanna hurt you.
-You never hurt me, Lely. You are all i need. All i want. Please, these last few months were the worst 2 months of my life. Living without you...

He didn't finish. Like he was trying to remember those horrible 2 months. I knew how he felt.
Bill : It was miserable.
-You know i love you – i sigh - but for you it would be better if...
Bill : No! I know what will you say! I don't wanna live without you!

Bill : There's no me without you. Don't even say my life would be better without you. No! Never!
He fastly stod up and started looking at me.
-Why? Bill, why? Are you sure you want me in your life? Are you complitely sure? Because once i get in, i promise you i'll never leave again. And i know i won't let you go ever again – i stood up too – You'd have to be with me everyday 'cause i want you, i want you in my life. And if you want me too then-
Bill : Oh, shut up! – he leaned his lips on mine.
